There is no hard-set release date but we are getting close. We had a soft
release window targeted at the end of June and it's now July ;-)

We just had two issues devs wanted to resolve before pushing 2.4 out the
door and we closed one and there is one more to go (LOG4J2-812) with a
patch already submitted and reviewed. So we are getting close. I would
guess in a week or two, so so I hope it will happen this month for sure.
