How do I create a new Log4Net appender? Are there any samples for C#/.NET 1.1 ? I can't find any piece of information on it in existing docs and SDK, but need to create my own appender for Event Tracing for Windows (ETW). Please let me know if anybody already created such an appender. Any samples or other help will be appreciated.
