Email high "importance" priority setting with SmtpAppender

It would be quite valuable for error alerting if the
SMTPAppender would expose its
System.Web.Mail.MailMessage's importance priority
setting, as a property of the SmtpAppender class.
A common scenario would probably be where the user
would set the Threshold
to ERROR and set the High Importance flag to being
true.
