I need to verify the following questions with respect to log4net and IP rights.
1) Is all the software developed within the log4net project licensed under the Apache Software license? Looking at the log4net CVS that appears to be the case. Could you please confirm that there are no exceptions?
2) Does log4net distribute any libraries (e.g. DLL files) originating outside the ASF. If yes, are these libraries licensed under the following approved licenses: Apache, BSD, Artistic, MIT/X, MIT/W3C, MPL 1.1, or something with essentially the same terms?
