RE: File Appender query

I intend to take the name of the File for File appender from a separate configuration file. From SDK documentation I see that there is a public property called “File” for File Appenders which I can use to get/set the file name.   But I am not sure how I can get the reference for the File Appender instance after I have used the DOMConfigurator in order to set this File name property for the File Appender.   Any suggestions/guidance will be gratefully appreciated.   Thanks, Senthil.   From: Senthil Sivasubramanian Sent: Friday, July 15, 2005 1:20 PM To: Log4NET Dev Subject: File Appender query   I am using the DOMConfigurator for reading the log4net settings from a config file.   But I wish to set the file name for the File appenders, not through this config file.
