At Run time, when I update configuration parameters, I wish that it will be
also saved in the <log4net> section in the config file.

I want to use the config file to configure my appenders, but i also want to
update some values such as "Threshold" at run time, and that those values will
be kept in the config file for future use.
The current behaviour does no update the config file.
