Closing out some old tickets. There hasn't been any activity on this ticket in
years. Does .NET 2.0 have anything to make this easier? The web.config can be
updated progmatically but there are lot of classes to support that. Maybe a
vendor could write a log4net gui editor? I've seen some ReSharper plugins to
add more Intellisense to log4net.config.
