This is what you have already done in current trunk, pattern converters that
access Cache items, Context items, Request params and Session contents. They
are available as aspnet-cache, aspnet-context, aspnet-request and
aspnet-session respectively.
AFAICT they are pretty much undocumented. I'm happy to keep them in (with
docs, that is) and think about making other properties available later.
