I have a similar issue in that logging functions fine for an IIS 6.0 ASP.NET
2.0 web service, however all logging ends after a recycle event. Manually
recycling the Application Pool causes the failure every time.
Like Richard, I initiate logging in the global application start event, and log
events on application start and end (as well as other places).
I am using the Rhino.Commons.Logging.RollingSqlliteAppender which inherits from
Rhino.Commons.Logging.RollingEmbeddedDatabaseAppender which in turn inherits
from the Log4Net AdoNetAppender.
