Hi Peter, apologies, can't help you with documentation. However, I wouldn't be too pessimistic that log4net works just out of the box. Tahiti should list all changes that were made in oracle (http://tahiti.oracle.com/), but it would probably be much easier to test-migrate and see what happens.
