The test seems to only fail on Win7 or newer (not on Linux, not on XP - haven't tried Mono on Win7 so far). The same test used to fail for you going back as far as 1.2.11. Just now I've run the trunk tests on Win7 (.NET 4.5) and all tests passed ... Stefan
