With an SMB share (and the RollingFileAppender), the programs you use to
read a log file can interfere with log4net. If a program happens to be
reading the file when log4net wants to roll to a new file, log4net gets an
IOException. If you are programming the reader program yourselves, I think
FILE_SHARE_DELETE will prevent this.
