Do you reference the strong name file in the Assembly Info?
In AssemblyInfo.cs (if you use C#) there is an attribute [assembly:
AssemblyKeyFile("")].
Replace the empty string with the name of you file.

Thanks for your help.
I created a strongname (snk) for log4net and copied it to my project folder.
My project is using log4net as one of its references and my project is set
to true for "Register for COM Interop". But when I build my project I get
the following error. What am I doing wrong? I am new to log4net, so please
be patient with me.
Error is "Assembly generation failed -- Referenced assembly log4net does not
have strong name"
Thanks a ton for your help.
