Activate/Deactivate loggers during runtime correction

Hello again!
I'm sorry, I messed the words a little, I don't want to 
activate/deactivate loggers but the appenders directly (TCP Appender, UDP 
Appender and so on)
or better the person I'm doing this for wants to ;-)
