FYI: Had the same problem with whichever mirror I was automatically redirected to from the log4net download page (http://logging.apache.org/log4net/download.html). Not sure which mirror I was actually connected to... Had success with the direct CVS download, though. Somebody should check the mirrors/redirector...?
