HEAD build fails

Greetings,

In CVS HEAD, Line 137 of /src/Config/XmlConfiguratorAttribute.cs
appears to contain malformed XML, and barfs on a log4net.build.

Specifically, <c>MyExt</co> looks like it should be <c>MyExt</c>
