.NET 2.0?

Hello,   I know it’s not supported yet, but has anyone out there successfully attempted to use this against .NET 2.0? I’m interested in building an Appender to hit SQL Server 2005 – but I don’t want to go to far down that path if others have already tried and failed to use even the most basic Log4net 1.2 Beta 8 features in a .NET 2.0 environment.   Any thoughts or trials?   Thanks, -Jim
