Turns out I was just getting confused about where I start mapping my
relative path. Once I put the .snk file four up from the
cs\src\obj\Release directory (which happens to be the project root
directory) it worked without throwing a cryptographic error.
Of course I now wonder why it worked when I put it an additional 5
directories up from where it should be. I don't wonder too much
though, since I finally understand where it *should* go and that
works. :)
