Log4net Users:   Can anyone clarify the exact syntax for the Appender for the attribute “Reconnectonerror”.  The two syntaxes that I see are …   1. <param name="reconnectonerror" value="true" />   2. <reconnectonerror value="true" />     Thanks Rama K.
