That's correct, I don't even have CF 3.5 installed on the machine that I
used to build the 1.2.11 release.  I have no idea whether we'd need to
do anything but install CF 3.5[1] and add another DLL to the build
process in order to support it.

Actually, you are the first person who ever asked for CF 3.5 - at least
as far as I remember.
