Log4perl enthusiasts,
the 1.13 maintenance release just made it to the project web site,
here's what's changed:

* (ms) Another doc fix by Craig
* (ms) Applied Fedora 7 patches
* (ms) Added create_at_logtime option to file appender
* (ms) Added trace level color (yellow) in ScreenColoredLevels
appender as suggested by Arvind Jayaprakash in

If all goes well, it'll go to CPAN in a couple of days.
