Added a trademark (TM) sign next to project name on the main site page
(r1132491).
Modified the site footer to include trademark attributions (r1132492).
Footer override should be possible via the <footer> tag in site.xml.
Unfortunately, the current implementation of maven-site-plugin (3.0-beta-3)
does not yet support this. Therefore, I had to override the site template. I
just used the default template and modified the footer. Also had to copy
maven-base.css and maven-feather.png to the site resources folder since they
would no longer be included from the maven theme.
This should be reverted and <footer> tag used once it is available.
