If you don't want to output an XML format, the latest version of Chainsaw
can read regular text log files. Try the latest Chainsaw developer snapshot
from here: http://people.apache.org/~sdeboy

Either way, the latest developer snapshot of Chainsaw has a lot of bug fixes
and new features you may find useful.
