Regarding revision 1945, I should have commented that the
resetAndShutdown() method in LoggerContext was deprecated and replaced
by reset(). I intend to further modify the LoggerContext so that when
the stop() method of a LoggerContext is called, then that
LoggerContext will become unmodifiable. This should be helpful in the
diagnosis of problems associated with supposedly discarded (and
closed) logger contexts which linger for various reasons. (However,
this change by itself it will not solve"lingering context" problems.)
