Sorry for not coming back to you faster: somehow I did not get an email
notification.
In fact that software is contributed to je...@eclipse; I am still developing
some of it on github but it will be built with the rest of jetty at some point:

logback dual-licensed with EPL and LGPL is really neat for je...@eclipse.
Updating and trying this patch.
I can also try the whole of slf4j and logback in my environment. I am not using
all the jars at this point but I'll make sure I can switch from the bundles
distributed by springsource to the ones built by this project.
