When a status listener is registered by setting the
"logback.statusListenerClass" Java system property, such as
java
-Dlogback.statusListenerClass=ch.qos.logback.core.status.OnConsoleStatusListener
...
AND
The logback configuration file is set to automatically re-configure, such as
<configuration scan="true">
...
</configuration>
The registered status listener is lost and not re-established whenever the
configuration file is reloaded due to a detected change.
