http://logback.qos.ch/manual/configuration.html does not tell whether it
applies to included configuration files as well.
(I understand it did not initially and has been doing since some specific
revision.)
I guess configuration.html should be changed to talk about configuration files
in the plural form, and explain that there's an <include> directive near the
top.
