Thanks for your input Christian.

I am reading up on p2 and Update manager. It seemed easier to package
logback*.jar and slf4j-api.jar in the lb-beagle under the lib/
folder. From what I could gather, due to bundle class loader
separation, it is not possible to have say logback-core loaded as a
bundle/plug-in and have logback-classic included under lib/ of the
lb-beagle plugin. Anyway, I am still learning.
