Hello, on the first glance it looks like the same thing I dealt with in that last year discussion here. For ImmediateFlush + BufferedIO options I've created an issue: http://jira.qos.ch/browse/LBCORE-243 so there's a good chance they will be back some day. I would suggest (if it's not difficult for you) to try the old logback release 0.9.18 (which is the last one to support these options), turn these options on as it was discussed here last year and compare the performance. It should really produce much better results.
