Hi, you might document that SyslogAppender is UDP only (which is implicit by RFC 3195, I guess), but still syslog-ng can listen on TCP, too, also syslog4j.org supports TCP, so I was suprised that SyslogAppender messages did not arrive at the syslog-ng TCP port..
