Google it! ;) That is, use Google to search the archives with:
site:mailman.qos.ch/pipermail *<your search terms>*
For example, to search the logback mailing list archives for the word
"osgi", I would enter "site:mailman.qos.ch/pipermail osgi" in my Google
search bar, which opens this page:
https://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Amailman.qos.ch%2Fpipermail+osgi
