I am trying to use the log back-audit framework but it seems to be very outdated. Additionally there seem to be some fundamental issues with its usability.
I have a ticket open here http://jira.qos.ch/browse/LBAUDIT-5<mailto:[email protected]> for the compatibility issue. I also wonder what the reason is for not allowing the use of the other appenders from logback. I would like to use the rolling file appender in the log back-audit.xml Also as I mentioned in the jira, I would like to know what the point of the pathPrefix is. I worked around this but its a very arbitrary thing that doesn't seem to have a reason to exist.
