Prezados, O John Grant me perguntou se eu conhecia alguém que poderia estar interessado em escrever um capítulo de livro relacionando lógicas paraconsistentes e medição de inconsistência. Caso interesse alguém, eis a mensagem dele:
"I would like to get more people interested in inconsistency measures and think that useful work could be done with other paraconsistent logics. Please let me know if you can think of some people (possibly including yourself) who might be interested in following up on this idea. I would like to have a chapter in the book that relates paraconsistent logic work with inconsistency measures." A chamada geral dele sobre o livro, pra lista [UAI], segue abaixo: "Research on measuring inconsistency in information is scattered in journals and conference proceedings. I am thinking of putting together a book on this topic to which researchers will contribute chapters: both surveys that summarize and unify previous research as well as new work. I would like such a book to appear in 2018, 40 years after the publication of my paper "Classifications for Inconsistent Theories" that proposed (in a first-order logic framework) several ways to compare inconsistency as well as an inconsistency measure. If you (or someone you know) may be interested in this project in any way such as writing a chapter, editing, or reviewing, or if you have any suggestions or advice please write to me at [email protected] (John Grant)."
