Subject: [Corpora-List] Master Thesis Internship @ Bosch: working remotely
possible!
To: [email protected] <[email protected]>

*Master Thesis Internship available: Natural Language Processing and
Semantic Reasoning,*

*Bosch Center für Artifical Intelligence*
<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.bosch-ai.com%2F&data=02%7C01%7CAnnemarie.Friedrich%40de.bosch.com%7Cec0259c905274e5c5a4808d82e1cc0db%7C0ae51e1907c84e4bbb6d648ee58410f4%7C0%7C0%7C637310048325836902&sdata=V5fXyYN3Ddo%2FNug9gxgX31IUUO08sEjqJW5H8d0Pvr4%3D&reserved=0>*
/ Renningen, Stuttgart*

*Update:*

Working location is Renningen, near Stuttgart. Due to the Corona situation,
there are home office options!

*What are our research topics?*

Our team conducts research in the areas of natural language processing and
knowledge management. Our aim is the intelligent analysis of large
unstructured ("big") data, especially text data. When developing
algorithms, models and systems, we focus on domain independence. As a
concrete example, imagine a system that analyses patents in the domain of
material science and extracts structured knowledge. Based on this data, new
insights can be gained. Ideally, such a system should also work well for
journal articles in the domain of physics.

*How can you help us?*

We are currently looking for one Master Thesis student (duration of
internship 6 months). The thesis topic will be related to Entity Linking /
Disambiguation and Knowledge Graph Construction from Text.

*What will you learn?*

Deepening of your programming skills, experience with machine learning /
deep learning methods and toolkits, deep learning, natural language
processing, logic based reasoning.

*What do we expect?*

You are immatriculated in a Master's program in natural language
processing, computer science or a related field. You should have basic or
advance programming skills. Experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow is a
plus. You like to work in teams. You are excited about interesting and
complex problems and you are interested in the automatic processing of
natural language.

*I am interested - what now?*

Please send an email to Annemarie Friedrich,
[email protected]. Please send your application as single
PDF including a short statement of interest (including information on your
availability and desired start date), your CV, and an up-to-date version of
your university transcripts (both B.Sc. and M.Sc. studies).

*Privacy Statement*

By submitting your application you grant us permission to process your
personal data solely in the course of the application. Your personal data
will not be forwarded to third parties and will be deleted once the hiring
process is completed.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards

*Annemarie Friedrich*
