Officially, yes. Nobody really writes like that though, and it's hard to understand. (There was lOkadin, but it's been ages since we heard from him.) I prefer to reserve uppercase letters to stand for lerfu words, the way numerals can stand for number words. If forced to write without spaces, I would go with "logérku.i'ulobónguza'acubátci.oi". mu'o mi'e xorxes
