Hi,
How can I show feedback to students about not enough significant digits
in a customresponse problem?
The help suggests to use "SIG_FAIL" for an incorrect amount of
significant digits. However, using "SIG_FAIL" always shows:
"Submission not graded. Use fewer digits."
What can do to show:
"Submission not graded. Use more digits."
?
This feedback is automatically available for numericalresponse in
corresponding cases. Which return code or other setting is needed in
customresponse?
I vaguely remember discussions about this issue but cannot find them
right now in the mailing lists or bugzilla.
Anyway - any idea?
