This would explain why students are directed to “http://capa”
The third-to-last entry needs to be the *full* hostname of the machine,
capa.mathstat.dal.ca
It's likely that "capa" has been set as hostname for the machine after
OS installation. When installing LON-CAPA afterwards, the installation
process uses this hostname to store it in the hosts.tab file as seen.
Happened to me, too. ;-)
Happy to see that this could be easily fixed.
