Hi Ray,

Maybe the "Check/Set Resource Versions" from the tools in the course editor 
might help? Select "All resources (possible large output)" to display all 
resources in the course. Then somehow extract the lines containing the problem 
path (*1). Copy them to Excel and sort them. At least duplicates should be 
found this way but lacking the actual folder/sequence.

(*1): Not helpful right now but good to know - 2.11.0 will display this screen 
with a much nicer layout. The data mentioned above could be extracted a bit 
easer there.
