Is there any way to access older courses?
If you do not select a time limit in either of the "Course Activity"
or "Course Created" select boxes in the course selection interface
then those filters will be ignored when retrieving the list of courses
to show.
So to list all courses ever created in your domain leave all filters
blank (the default) except for the domain (which should be set to udel).
