I just noticed that CPAN.pm no longer tries to upgrade your perl at every
opportunity.  Hoorah!  Trouble is, this time I actually *want* it to cos
I'm trying to install a module which requires 5.6 :-)  Ah well, I'll just
do that by hand.  No doubt everything will break badly.
