However, I believe that it's not even my email client's fault. The options for MS Outlook were not available because I don't use the Internet Email service to send mail but the MS Exchange Server service -- so the "Internet Email options" window or tab is not available to me. It's the server that does the mangling. I found a workaround which I can live with; if I hadn't, I would probably be using Pegasus, which I also have installed on this machine.
