I recently had to customise perldesk (add www. and .com where obvious) and although not the worlds most beautiful perl, the new version is much better. It's leave-in-the-links-or-pay-me-$70-ware. Its worth at least a few minutes to have a look. Beware new releases though, V1.5 came out, 1.5.1 several hours later, 1.5.2 the next day, and 1.5.3 shortly after (or thereabouts) and each was just bugfixes. the hatter
