/me waves I just completed a basic kernel modesetting driver for 3DLabs Permedia 3 hardware for a Google Summer of Code project in August, so I look forward to fixing up the Silicon Motion drivers as well! I know I've seen silicon motion PCI cards on eBay before, but a quick look now turns up nothing. (I see everyone dropped the CC list, so all other responses missed my inbox.)
