For now it should be not ready for exportation(CE certification etc.) It might be possible to ship as sample in small amounts.
More seriously, I'd also appreciate a comparison between this kind of 2x4 cores loongson against an octeon manycore, both in term of perf and price, from anyone lucky enough to try both.
