MBBS DOCTORS FAR FROM HEALTH SECTOR lack of competant and right persons for the right jobs is the main reason of the Institutional illness and lazy development which leads to 'No Success'. Like other countries, in Pakistan, lot of efforts have so far been initiated in the health sector. The Governments established number of Medical Colleges to produce more Doctors to overcome the problems related to health. A Doctor costs a lot for his/her Medical studies. The Nation always expects absolute and sincere medical services from the MBBS and other specialized degrees holders and, the Doctors mostly have done excellant to make the nation healthy and resistant. But, number of Doctors are found engaged and committed with Civil Beaurocracy, Politics and other Non health businesses. There may be some reasons, but it is termed as misconduct against the Principles of Medical studies, Degree and Medical proffession. It is therefore suggested that:- 1. All MBBS and other Medical Degree holders Senators, MNAs, MPAs, Ministers, Advisors and employed in Beaurocracy and other Departments of No Medical sign be made bound to give atleast two hours daily for the clinic or health related duties in the Government hospitals. 2. A law may be passed through Lagislation that Federal and Provincial Public Service Commissions should offer and entertain their vacancies to all MBBS and other medical Degree holders 'Only for medical and Health related services' and no Doctors should be made eligible to apply for the Non health services. 3. Lagislative forums are also hereby requested and suggested that if any Doctor joins the forum through electoral process, he or she should only be utilized for the health related ministry or affairs. My request to those Doctors being engaged with Non health sector is based upon the fact that 'So far you got the medical education by dropping applicants awaited in the Que, but behind you and, if those applicants had been got the admission, Definitly, they could have been practical Doctors'.
