Listen inner (Zamir) If a leader can'r listen the voice of his inner how can he listen the problems of his followers ? Look into himself (Observation) If a leader can't look into his own activities how can he observe his followers ? Speak from heart (Eman) If a leader can't speak with his Eman how can he advice his followers ?
