I totally agree with Mr. Naqvi on this point.. Dear Zeshan, three years ago when it was raining hard in Karachi, my flats were dip in water and after three days when I asked my area Nazim he also replied me same as you told (may be the words were not the same) but he didnot take action and I prepared youngers of my flats and started cleaning the building ourself. Over night we did our job and in the morning everthing was neet and clean, this the message of ankahi.
