Hey all, I finally got a production setup done, SVN, Cap, slicehost etc. I uploaded fired up all the servers manually since I don't have my scripts quite right but the site was live and working. I tried to sign up fully expecting to see it bork on trying to email me which it did. I had not set the smtp settings up anywhere in the code so it errored out as expected. Wild thing is that I received the email! The error was from the exception_notifier but the sign up email went through without any of the server info. I guess it derived stuff from the email addresses but I have no idea how it guessed my password LoL!
I'm afraid I can't just let this one go either. I'm going to be poking around the code for a while to figure out how it happened!
