Subject: Platform Proposals Dana, I have the task of
developing the conventioneer kits for the Convention. This kit will include several useful
things for the convention: menus, itineraries, schedules,
etc. One of the things that
could be included in the kit is any platform proposals the Platform Committee
comes up with. Personal
disagreement with the committee even being in work aside, that leads to what I
will need from the committee. If the committee wants
to have their proposals included in the kit, I would need them sent to me by no
later than 28 March. I apologize
for the short notice, but I will need that weekend to get them transferred onto
the Convention letterhead template and copied up for the kits. Rest assured I will not edit anything
you send, but I will have to arrange it into a format that fits the
template. Considering that the
template is simply a page header, this should be no big deal, but I do need the
time to get it done. Of course, if you want
to hand them out yourselves at the business meeting that is fine too, but this
idea would save you that entire problem.
I�m just tossing this out there for inclusiveness and a little
organization. We do plan on having
extra copies available at the sign-in table for those doing the business meeting
only. Tell me how you want to
