I am going to post some bit of the CRS regarding elections law for minor parties. Since the passage of HB1142 we have both board members and jest plain folk who have some wacky ideas about what the laws say and what our by-laws say. Most of them think that 1142 nullified our by-laws. It's nutty talk. But we should have the applicable laws on-hand to read and know when we go to convention. paul
